A magnificent and modern villa situated in a guarded domaine - Park Beauvallon Bartole between Ste. Maxime and Port Grimaud. Very secluded and quiet area with views of St. Tropez.  
The property is approximately 4.300 m2- a beautiful landscaped garden and has large swimming pool with accompanying outdoor kitchen / poolhouse

The house was renovated and includes a total of 7 bedrooms with 6 bathrooms and is built over 3 levels. The top floor contains the living room with kitchen and terrace with views to St. Tropez.
Master bedroom has a private terrace and bathroom, plus en-suite guestroom with private bathroom by the stairs, and three storage rooms.

In the main living room is a large kitchen, open plan dining and living room with seating area, as well as another master bedroom and guest rooms with private baths. Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms sharing two bathrooms and a separate toilett. Here is access to large paved terrace and lawn. As the house is built as a generation residential it is possible to just open parts of the house - either apartment upstairs or the main part downstairs. All rooms have double beds. In addition there is a sofa bed and a sleeping puff.

The property is park-planted with lawn around the house and with olive trees, citrus trees, figs mm. There are good conditions for playing children. The entire property is fenced.

There is a large pool area with separate kitchen that has all technical aids. It is further a barbeque solution and outdoor fireplace. Adjacent to the pool there is a separate shower cubicle. Pool area is facing the sun and the temperature in the pool holding between 26 and 30 degrees without heating during the summer months. The house is suitable for 3 families or 3 generations.

Want to extend the autumn and take a nice vennetur this is the perfect house. Booking for 2015 already underway - so it pays to be early.
We also have the house right next door - La Lionne - a beautiful house between Grimaud and Ste Maxime. So if you are a larger group or several families we have capacity up to 26 people.

Provence

Provence is known for its food, wine and perfume, its wild and beautiful scenery and not least has its light attracted many artists over the years. Provence is a well known holiday resort especially for the sun, but also to experience stone-age cave paintings, Roman ruins and other building works. Côte d'Azur

This coastline was one of the first modern resort areas for the British upper class at the end of the 18th century. Later it became the playground and vacation spot of British, Russian, and other aristocrats. In the first half of the 20th century by artists and writers as well as wealthy Americans and Europeans. Many celebrities, such as Elton John and Brigitte Bardot, have homes in the region.

Ste Maxime

Nowadays tourism is the largest source of revenue for Ste Maxime but the city is very much "alive" all year round with 13 519 inhabitants (2007). There is the old town with shops, markets, restaurants, bars and cafés opposite the harbour. There is a shoreline promenade with parks, pine trees, boulodrome Prince Bertil, the tourist office and the city beaches. Also a Casino with its own piece of white sand.

St. Tropez
